Vivienne King is a successful and award-winning real estate professional of over 25 years. Her consultancy, Vivienne King Consulting, focuses on strategic change, governance and stakeholder engagement. She has a BS in Law and Politics from Keele University, 1983. She completed the Corporate Finance Program at Cranfield University and the Legal Practice Course, Solicitors Professional Qualification, from the College of Law, 1985.
Vivienne has served on the executive board of an £11bn UK real estate business for almost ten years and has been part of a small team to turn a promising major business into an outstanding business with a major international reputation. She serves as trustee of a housing association and also chair of a start up diversity membership group for the real estate industry, looking to free up the pipeline of talented women coming through into the senior ranks. Prior to opening her consultancy, she worked as Director of Business Operations & General Counsel, Corporate Affairs Director & General Counsel, Legal Director, Head of Legal, Deputy Head of Legal, ad Senior Solicitor all with The Crown Estate.
