Born in France in 1970. Graduate of the Institut Supérieur de Gestion , Vanessa has worked for more than 15 years in companies of all sizes in France and abroad (Dubai) in the field of negotiation (sales and purchases). After holding managerial positions, she left the Canal+ Audiovisual Group and founded the Ravissens company to support companies in their organizational transformation and optimize the skills of their employees. In order to better meet the new demands for creativity, innovation and well-being in business, she is trained in hypnosis and graduated as a Master Hypnotist in 2018.
