Wendy-Anne Dick has been a teacher for 38 years and a vice principal for 5 years. She is currently running an elementary school, a role she has assumed for the past 4 years. She has been in charge of the overall running of the school. The nature her job is fast-paced and it requires a lot of multitasking to hold a leadership position, especially in interactions with students, teachers and parents. She admits it can be stressful at times. She has to ensure the safety of the students and make sure that the school meets federal and state student/teacher performance guidelines. She is extremely passionate about her job and hopes to continue to help children to be a great impact on society. She believes her love for people is the reason she is so successful. She is looking forward to networking and connecting with other like-minded professionals, and to gaining the recognition and credibility of being a member.
