Wendy Quesada has several years of experience in her current field. She is the Country Director for Sykes. She speaks at different schools to low-income girls on behalf of the Sykes Women in Technology program.
Her background is in Business Administration and Marketing, so she started working in BPO and then the marketing industry. She decided to go back into the BPO industry because she liked the various positions she could learn from, and has been working in different positions.
In the next few years she would like to create a market in South America. She is looking forward to networking and connecting with other like-minded professionals, and to gaining the recognition and credibility of being a member.
