Wilma Joan Velez has more than 30 years of professional experience in her career and is currently operating out of Puerto Rico as a Voice Over Artist with TOP VOICES, which was established in 1995. Wilma's main role and responsibilities are to work with the advertising agencies and record studios recording audio books and telephone messaging systems, commercials, radio and tv. Wilma works internationally with clients from India, China, the US speaking Spanish and English.
Wilma holds her Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from the University of Puerto Rico and is a member of the Puerto Rico National Chorus and Conservatory of Music Puerto Rico. She has been published in 2 magazines, "Mujer-VIP" and a newspaper produced daily. Also a passionate educator, Wilma works with the youth in her community teaching voice over and singing classes.
In the next few years, Wilma plans to continue to grow and to make a difference in the field. She believes firmly that networking and connecting with other likeminded professionals is key, as she has a lot to learn but more importantly a lot to share.
