Wonda Perez is the Director of Change Management for Novo Allos Consulting. She has been in her position since June 2015. She works to approach everything as a mathematical equation and sees everything as sequential. People believe in her and trust her because she delivers what she says she will deliver.
Wonda received her Masters in Organizational Leadership and Change from Colorado Technical University, and her Bachelors in Information Technology from the University of Phoenix. In the future she would like the company to become multi-national within three years. She would also like to have at least one International office within five years.
Wonda gives back to the community outside of work. Her three main interests are in educating the impoverished, at risk women and people who are marginalized, and working to show that everyone matters and anyone can become someone. She also tries to give to organizations that give back to the community as well as Alzheimer research.
