Yadira Ramirez Ortega is the Human Capital Senior Manager for Deloitte Company. She has been with the company for more than 10 years. Her role is to focus on helping companies with transformation and change strategies. She takes care of employees and develops training for the company in order to have a successful transformation whether it's cultural or technical.
Yadira says she was prompted to go into this field when she started enjoying working on changed management projects. She was called and given the opportunity and recently was promoted to Human Capital Senior Manager. Her expertise are in change management strategies and consumer business and retail. Yadira has a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Assistance from Tech de Monterrey in 2006. She is a member of WIN (Women in Deloitte initiative) , and recently got a PMI certification.
Currently, Yadira speaks internally and has spoken publicly for seminars and podcasts. In the future she sees herself as a Deloitte. Also, she would like to belong to a non-governmental society to help with the social responsibilities in Mexico developing some non-profitable projects and strategies.
