Yérika Estrada López has over 11 years of experience in her career. As Learning and Development Manager of Medicare y Mucho Mas, she oversees initiatives and employee experiences, plus a wide array of responsibilities. Previously in the banking industry, she decided to apply for her current post and fell in love with it. She is highly skilled in organizational development initiatives and holds a master's degree in Industrial Organizational Psychology from the University of Puerto Rico.
In addition to the WAoFP, Yérika is a member of the Puerto Rico Psychologist Association. She is a seasoned presenter and has been featured in numerous articles online and in various journal entries.
