Yvonne Reid-Healy has over 17 years of experience working in the gas industry. She changed career after 26 years in Accountancy to enhance her management skills and further her career in Business Administration and personnel management. She has spent the last 9 years as an Administration Manager with her current employers and has recently being promoted to a PMO Manager role. She is a Management Associate of the Institute of Gas Engineers & Managers (IGEM) She is most proud of being able to turn struggling teams and processes around and sustain its success through continuous improvement. She advocates sharing best practice both internally and externally of her organisation. Yvonne is a known mentor in her organisation and strongly believe in personal development for herself and others. .
