Yisi Corporan is the Human Resources Manager for Grupo Ramos. She is in charge of organizing, managing and improving systems as well as training and coaching employees. She is also over all the training and coaching of employees as well as recruiting new employees. She conducts workshops within the company.
Yisi has a Master’s Degree in Business Administration from the University of Apec. Her expertise are in people management and coaching professionals. She belongs to the Association for Human Resources of Santo Domingo.
In the future she hopes to become a certified coach and would like to implement this into the company and do something different. In her free time she enjoys traveling and reading. Yisi says that she spends a lot of her extra time volunteering for her church and her community. She is looking forward to networking and connecting with other like-minded professionals, and to gaining the recognition and credibility of being a member.
