Yosefin Olmedo is Ethics Manager for Softtek. With over 15 years in her field, she is staying in contact with all necessary entities to bring forth the changes to accommodate inclusion of all employees. She
has been a strong believer in the need for social change to take place at work and serve the LGBT community.
Currently, she is exploring ways to open doors and facilitate inclusion. She holds a Bachelors degree in Communication and Journalism from the University of Nuevo Leon 2004. She is a member of Pride Connection, and in the future wishes to move into a
leadership role to further establish the set goals. She credits her success to her passion, and is looking forward to networking and connecting with other like-minded professionals, and to gaining the recognition and credibility of being a member.
