Diane has 30 years of Law experience. Utilizing her ample experience in law and business, she founded her own law firm in 2002. Diane dedicates her law practice to helping grow businesses, councils, new acquisitions, and mergers. She finds great reward in seeing her clients reach their long-term goals and has plans for expanding the business on an international level.

She has been guiding entrepreneurs through the legal aspects of doing business in Québec for three decades. She provides SMBs with high quality legal services- i.e. corporate, commercial and intellectual property- with a strategic view to their successful growth.  She takes great pride in listening and focusing on each client’s needs and long-term goals.  Diane thoroughly enjoys growing businesses, working on new acquisitions, mergers, and advises on the commercial side.

She earned her LLB from Montreal University. Diane lectures on various topics and teaches on how to start businesses, including Insurance Board of Damage. Diane’s academic interests started in Business Management, and today she finds that the most rewarding aspect of her job is seeing her clients pleased and watching business grow. In the next five years Diane would like to expand her business on a global scale.

A Member of the Quebec Business Women Network for over 20 years, she is now a certified member of and site assessor for WEConnect International. She is affiliated with the Quebec Law Society and Certified Women Owned Business.

In her spare time, Diane enjoys music, nature, mediation, and escaping into a good book. She resides in Laval, Canada.
