Paola Musumeci is the Founder and General Manager of Elite Yacht Service and Elite Luxury Service in Sicily, Italy. With over 18 years of experience in hospitality management and tourism, she has built her company on a reputation of excellence and efficiency. Available to clients 7 days a week and 24 hours a day, Elite Yacht Service offers yacht service and assistance to customers across the entirety of Sicily and the Aeolian Islands.
 
In addition to yachting services such as berth reservations, shipyard service and arrival/departure clearance, Elite Yacht Service offers ground transportation services and rentals, bunkering, guided and personal tour organization, private winery tours, cycling or motorcycle tours and rentals, on board floral arrangements, courier services, laundry services, helicopter or private jet reservations, spa services, private cooking classes, general concierge services and travel arrangements. They are known for their excellent rapport with clients, guest, captains and crew, and ensure every detail is cared for and considered.
 
After earning a degree in Political Science and Economics from the University of Catania, Paola went on to complete a master’s in marketing from the Accademia di commercio e turismo di trento. She launched her career in hospitality and hotel management, and oversaw operations at the Hotel Royal and Hotel airone.
 
Looking ahead, Paola hopes to expand her services to include other regions of Italy as well as Spain. She credits her success to being a creative problem-solver, able to learn and adapt quickly, and having a dynamic personality.
