Adelphine Pitter is the General Manager for West Bay Club Resort. She has been in her career field for over 23 years. Her day is from 9am-10pm and she manages all aspects of the operation resort, interacting with everyone from management to staff to guests and also managing and monitoring all finances and purchases. She signs off on everything and she attends strategic meetings and planning for the resort. She is also the managing director for her family funeral business.
Adelphine says she came into this career by way of natural progression. Her expertise are in customer service. She has a Bachelor’s Degree in Medical Technology. Adelphine is a member of The Cancer Society of Turks and Caicos and Grace Bay Resort Community Foundation. She speaks at commencement ceremonies and women’s conferences.
Adelphine has been published in several local destination magazines. For her future plans she says she is currently re-launching her family funeral company and hopes to see her business grow and expand. She has also set a goal as with her hospitality work and would hope to advance her career in that field. Adelphine says the keys to her success has been self discipline and the support of her husband and family. She is looking forward to networking and connecting with other like-minded professionals, and to gaining the recognition and credibility of being a member.
