Amalya Hadar has over two and a half years of experience in her current field. She is a drama teacher for a few local schools in Israel, she also works for a local NGO that is dedicated to playback theater. Playback theater is improvisational theater based on real life stories and what they do at the organize is host these events and play back stories as a way of activism. The idea is to build community so actors do not need to be professionals She has a Bachelor’s degree in Theater and Education from a local university from 2013. She is currently working on a Masters in Feminism and Gender Studies. She is part of the Actors and Directors Association in Israel. She is a co-author of "Be a Man" (in Hebrew), it is the first Hebrew feminist novel. In the next few years she would like to continue what she is currently doing. She is looking forward to networking and connecting with other like-minded professionals, and to gaining the recognition and credibility of being a member.
