Dr. Ana Maria Marquez Da Silva is a professor teaching classes on the physics of nuclear medicine twice weekly at a Masters and PhD level. To this role, Dr. Da Silva brings unmatched expertise in education, analysis, image processing, and Nuclear Medicine.
Dr. Da Silva holds her Post Doctoral degree in the Quantification of Nuclear Medicine from Catolic university of Ku Leuvel and her PhD in Reconstruction in Nuclear Medicine. She is also a member of the Aero Team of Nuclear Medicine, the BR Association of Medical Physics, and the American Association of Physicists in Medicine (AAPM). Moving forward, she hopes to continue to grow in her field and to motivate her students. She would also like to expand her work globally and to network as much as possible with likeminded academics worldwide.
In her spare time, Dr. Da Silva enjoys travel, reading and sports.
