Angela Assis has over 15 years of experience in her career, and currently serves as Leadership Development Strategist for IBM. In her role, she is mainly responsible for developing leaders within the company and is in charge of the executive directors. She reports directly to the VP of Human Resources, and creates leadership development strategies. Best noted for her expertise in human behavior, Angela holds a masters degree in culture from the University San Paolo. She does leadership conferences and is a dynamic speaker on development and change management.
