Angela Simpson is the Director and Head of Data Delivery for GSK. She has more than 15 years of professional experience in her career. She is currently working in the UK. Angela has been in this role for the last four years. Her main role and responsibility is to do data transformation, data quality, data governance and anything else data related. On an average work day Angela looks after projects and businesses, and sits on numerous boards and speak at conferences.
Angela was prompted to get involved in this profession by way of natural progression and passion. Her area of expertise is finding out problems using data and tools. Angela’s highest level of education is a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science. She has done some public speaking engagements consisting of conferences.
In the next few years Angela plans to continue to grow, continue to develop and continue to make a difference in the field. Angela bases her success on learning, collaborating with the right people and passion. She is most proud of how far she has grown in her career and also where she is headed.
