Annick van Overstraeten is the CEO of Lunch Garden Restaurants, 75 self service family restaurants in Belgium. She started her career as a commercial and marketing manager and has been in the restaurant business for 12 years. At the beginning of 2010, she became the CEO of 75 self service family style restaurants in Belgium known as lunch garden restaurants, privately held. She is well known for doing a major turnaround with these restaurants, making them successful, popular and highly profitable. Annick is invited regularly to speaking engagements where she speaks about Business Development, Entrepreneurship, and Company Turnaround. She is member of the board of Bell 20 which is one of the top 20 companies in Belgium. Her vision for the future is to expand her restaurant beyond Belgium to other major cities in Europe and to become a Board member of several other large corporations. Her long term plan may include becoming a CEO of a large Commercial Organization. She speaks fluent English, French, Dutch and some German and Spanish.
