Ariana Cabral Morais is an HR Consultant and Programs & Talent Management for TRATON SE. She has 18 years experience in her field, and is responsible for programs and talent management, design processes in relation to talent management, as well as training.
She started out in the field at the age of 22, and has always held international HR positions. She realised that was what she wanted to do, which is to work in training and development, and it was a natural progression from there.
She holds a Masters Degree in Sociology and a Post graduate degree in HR Management and Social Benefits from ISCTE, 2000. In the next few years she will take a step forward and delve into a management position. She will pursue her MBA and is currently in pursuit of her coaching certificate. The keys to her success are resilience and hard work. She is most proud of the post graduate level degree she received as it was a personal investment on a monetary level, and also having the opportunity last year to work in Germany. She is looking forward to networking and connecting with other like-minded professionals, and to gaining the recognition and credibility of being a member.
