Agnieszka Wasilewska-Semail is currently the CEO of Rafako SA--an international group member company that specializes in EPC contracting and serves clients internationally. Some of the company's business operations take place in Turkey and India for example. Prior to attaining this position within Rafako, Agnieszka worked extensively in the banking and financial services industry. Her experience was obtained from multinational companies including ING Belgium and Citi Handlowy (Bank Handlowy w Warszawie). She has served in management roles in the areas of wholesale product development, cash management and alternative distribution channels. Inclusive in her expertise is her background and degree in International Business Law. This equipped her to work in such leadership capacities as the Head of the European Business Desk and Area Manager for the International Banking Department of ING Belgium, for example. Agnieszka is a fluent speaker of Polish, English, French and Dutch. She has presented at numerous conferences on topics including energy construction. In the next five years, it is Agnieszka's vision for Rafako to become more globally connected and recognized as a leader in the industry.
