I’m a Professional with 20 years of experience in the Optometry field, business development, administration, Healthcare Director, Project Manager, Instructor, sales, teaching and costumer service.
I have worked in different Opticals performing Optometric evaluations, Eye Exams, Refraction, Contact Lens Fittings regular and High Specialty, Evaluations for refractive surgery patients. I have also worked in Shamir Mexico, as Regional Manager, supervising the quality in the manufacturing of work orders, opening new accounts and training for new clients, leading the creation, implementation, communication, and sustainment of strategic initiatives.
I have been responsible for the development of clinical operations manuals, training new collaborators for the logistics and management of a Clinic specialized in Cornea and Anterior Segment. Responsible for the certification procedure and work license in the Government, for the continuity of operations according to the legal requirements.
I have developed my own company providing Optometric Services to the Region performing imports, logistics, follow ups, distribution and delivery for wholesale of ophthalmic frames.
I have worked in the Curriculum organization and planning for the Optometry Degree in the Universidad Autónoma de la Laguna, according to the laws and credits needed for the Program to be recognized by the Association for Optometry Universities and Colleges of Mexico.
I have also experience in teaching different grades from first graders to high school students, imparted diplomaed to professionals in the visual health field.
I also coordinated a program with the City of Gomez Palacio, Durango where 20,000 middle school students were evaluated
