With over 12 years of professional experience, Blanca Rangel is the Chief Human Capital Officer at NAD Global where she brings dynamic leadership skill and expertise in human development and human resources. Blanca starts the day at 8am working out all details pertaining to Human Resources and staff development. She travels between the 17 local offices and ensures that all employee tasks are handled and managed properly. She manages quality control within the company and makes sure all staff is efficient and proficient.
Blanca holds her Master's in Business Administration (MBA) and is affiliated with various associations and organizations through NAD Global. Moving forward, she plans on continuing with her company and moving up the corporate ladder. She would also like to pursue another Master's degree and go into consulting.
