She had the opportunity to implement projects in Argentina, Peru and Chile as well as Colombia. Additionally, she created two online businesses in the past 8 years, Performance Building and 4B Beyond, where she has been able to fit ideal professionals in the right jobs and industries. Also a talented educator, Carla has been lecturing to HR Post Graduates at Sergio Arboleda University for over 10 years.
