Cathe works in the automotive industry as a quality control manager and has held that position for 6 years. She is responsible for training and quality control. She is a relationship builder and likes to clearly communicate and make sure people understand everything.
She initially got into this business because she needed to support her family and found that Quality Control aligned with her educational background in teaching. She is interested in personal growth and development. In the future she would like to become the Director of Quality Control at her current company.
She feels her success is due to good, solid team building and to get her team to go above and beyond. She helped bring her company to receiving the highest score in quality and are currently the #1 plant. She is most proud of her track record and the good reputation that she has developed. She is currently getting started for volunteering to build rehab homes for people with addictions.
