A financial professional of over 26 years, Cathy Dickerson is currently Director of Finance at Faith Church where she oversees all accounting and human resources, and reports to the Board of Trustees and Directors. Her responsibilities in this role include reviewing journal entries, expenses, financial statements, benefits for the staff, corporate insurances, and payroll as well as contributions.
With a genuine love for accounting, Ms. Dickerson is most proud of her impeccable audit prep skills. She holds her Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration from Christian Heritage College. Ms. Dickerson credits her success thus far to having great bosses who were willing to expand her vision and skill as well as her ability to always remain open to learning new things.
Moving forward, Ms. Dickerson would like to remain in the accounting industry, but possibly transition to a different field. She plans to network with likeminded female professionals, as she believes in the power of collaboration and teamwork.
