Cathy Millar is an experienced communications professional with extensive experience in Ontario's gas and electricity sectors. For more than 25 years, she has worked in the corporate communications field, executing strategic plans and marketing programs.
With a strong background in sustainability and expertise in energy efficiency marketing, Cathy brings value to organizations promoting and implementing a culture of conservation in Ontario. She works primarily with LDCs and gas utilities to help their customers meet energy-saving targets and maximize efficiencies and reduce costs.
Cathy is well versed in all incentive programs offered by the government for energy efficiency implementation. She has created successful consumer and business-to-business marketing campaigns.

She has considerable expertise in the emerging Cannabis industry with recent branding and marketing for one of Canada's newest distributors. She has been in her current role for 8 years, and oversees a team of 4 to conduct strategic marketing, client relations, and project management.
Cathy holds a BBA from the University of Toronto and earned a bachelor's degree in Communications from Dalhousie University.
