Celeste Lemos Parnell is co-owner with her husband of Alliance Mechanical Services. They started the company from the ground up in 2005. They have turned the business into a successful local commercial HVAC company in just over ten years. She is responsible for the financial aspects, operations and proposals.
Prior to starting their company, Celeste had a successful career in sales, but was traveling the majority of the time. Wanting to spend more time with her husband, Celeste mustered up the courage to leave her job and start from scratch. She takes great pride in helping HVAC clients and providing job opportunities for her employees. Within the next three to five years, she would like to find someone that could run the company so that she could enjoy her semi-retirement and spend more time with her children and grandchildren.
