Carolina Lacerda is a Commercial Director for Impress Decor. She has more than fifteen years of experience in her career field. Carolina is responsible for sales, marketing, development of the company and planning implementation of the market. She went into her career field because she wanted to create and find opportunities in the company.
Her expertise are in marketing and sales and combining the two while managing the entire Latin America in sales. Carolina has an Executive MBA from FAE Business School in 2002. She belongs to the International Trade Association the Business Association and the North American Chamber of Commerce. She does some public speaking when conducting sales presentation for customers.
Carolina had a publication in a magazine about international business and trade as well as some agreements in the past that was published in 2001. In the future she hopes to continue to contribute to generate an impact in the industry and moving to North America. She is looking forward to networking and connecting with other like-minded professionals, and to gaining the recognition and credibility of being a member.
