Dr. Claire Bradley-Dorman is the Managing Director/Quantity Surveyor at New Perspective Consultants Limited. She has more than 15 years of professional experience in her career. Claire is currently working out of United Kingdom. Claire is known for being a RICS qualified quantity surveyor who has been running her own business for the last 5 years as well as being a Mum to three children (6, 4 & 2).
Claire's professional life has included working on circa £1billion of new build hospitals, various domestic and commercial developments and over £48million of new build schools, including a special needs school. Claire's main role is to handle the "costing" sent out to relevant people in construction, get costs, evaluation, advise clients, put together professional recommendations etc. Claire started her career as a temp where she developed a passion for the field, and started naturally progressing in it.
Claire's area of expertise is procurement. She has a Post Doctoral Degree in Construction. In the past Claire has done some public speaking engagements consisting of lecturing. She does not belong to any societies or organizations at this time. In the next few years Claire plans to continue to grow, continue to develop and continue to make a difference in the field. She is looking forward to expanding her business.
