With over 28 years of experience in human resources, Charmaine Napoleon-Ramsay is currently the Chief Human Resources officer at the City of Bridgetown Cooperative Credit Union Ltd where she is responsible for all aspects of human management, recruitment, and talent management.
Charmaine holds her Master's degree in Business Administration from Taxes University and is a member of the Human Management Association in Barbados. Also a prolific writer, she has been published in several journals as well as magazines for the Substance Abuse Foundation (2018). Moving forward, Charmaine is actively looking for a program to finish her PhD and hopes to do full time lecturing both locally and globally.
When not engaged with work, Charmaine enjoys travel and is an avid reader.
