I obtained my Ph.D in Toxicology at the University of Paris and I worked during 4 years at L'Oréal, on the evaluation of potential toxicity and allergenicity of chemicals and the development of alternatives to animal testing.
I've then strengthened my expertise in the immunology field in the Hospital of Mainz, Germany. In 2000, I moved to Sanofi as a regulatory toxicologist for resolving a food allergy crisis and for developing a new approach addressing potential allergenicity risks of Biotechnology products. Two years later, at Bayer, I continued developing this activity as well as the toxicological and nutritional risk assessment approaches. In 2006, she grew a team responsible for the evaluation of the human safety of Biotech products and have joined several leadership teams. In 2017, I joined Galapagos, a large biotech company which became a pharmaceutical company in 2020, with the launch of our first drug to the market. I'm currently the Head of Preclinical Development of Galapagos. Overall, I'm associated with the successful launches of more than 50 products worldwide.
