Since 2009, Courtney Scott has enjoyed a successful career with Alberta Environment in various roles pertaining to protecting the environment. Courtney is well known for her leadership and commitment in her community as well as her expertise in environmental awareness, strategy development, non-profit organizations, project management, government and community outreach. She is very passionate regarding women’s empowerment and takes part in public speaking engagements. Her vision for the future is to continue to explore further professional opportunities and she looks forward to networking and collaborating with likeminded professionals. Courtney holds a Bachelor’s degree in Communication and Culture from the University of Calgary and has a certification as an Environmental Professional in the areas of Communication, Awareness and Training with ECO Canada. When not engaged with work, Courtney likes to ski, snowboard, make pottery and play the piano with her family.
