Darlene K. Giebat is the President of Arrow Custom Machining Ltd. Darlene's father Henry Koestel started the business 37 years ago. Over the last 10 years, her father retired from the business, and Darlene has been the general manager until stepping into her current role of president one year ago. There are approximately 16 employees and now that her two children are grown up, Darlene wants to focus on the business and its growth. Darlene received her Bachelor's degree in Materials Manufacturing and Business Administration. When not working she enjoys traveling.
