With over 30 years of experience in HR, Debbie Green is currently the Coach, Facilitator and Owner behind Wishfish Coaching & Development where she allocates new business to her team and specializes in designing and developing workshops as well as coaching. Debbie was inspired by a great boss who saw her potential and helped her realize her true passion for coaching and motivating others.
Debbie is a member of the International Coaching Federation, EMCC - European Mentoring and Coaching Council, and the Institute of Directors. Moving forward, she plans on working more on emotional intelligence, wellbeing, decision making, social skills, and focusing on human contact outside of technology.
When not engaged with work, Debbie enjoys theatre, reading and the cinema.
