More Than 30 Years
With over 30 years of professional experience, Deb Thomas is the Director of Security and Intel for MedMen, a Cannabis company currently operating in California, Arizona, Nevada and New York. In this role, Deb oversees crisis management, education and awareness. As a disabled Airforce veteran herself with a father in the military, Deb brings copious military and security experience.
Deb holds her Bachelor of Science in Psychology and Leadership Coaching from Capella University and is a member of the Toast Masters Association. Frequently lauded for her work, she received the Wentworth Award in 1991. Also a dynamic speaker, Deb is currently working on formulating her own TED Talk.
When not engaged with work, Deb enjoys brewing beer and making jewelry.
