Diana Muñoz is Founder for Liderazgo Genuino. She has six months with her own start-up coaching business and three years as practice manager for J.D. Power. Her start-up is focused on coaching and leadership training for women 1 on 1 and Group Training online.
As the Practice Manager at J.D. Powers, she runs the commercial department, conducting studies, developing new programs, managing projects and selling services. She started her business to share knowledge after developing programs and methodology. She has spent the majority of her career in the automotive industry including training people to sell cars, customer exoeriencie and dealership processes.
Specializing in sales, training, and team management, she holds a Bachelors degree in IT from the Technological College of Monterrey, 2005. In the coming years, she would like to continue growing her start-up, and write a book on coaching and leadership. She is looking forward to networking and connecting with other like-minded professionals, and to gaining the recognition and credibility of being a member.
