Diana Plaza has over 10 years of experience in human resources, and has spent the past 5 years as Head of Human Development and Selection for Creditos Económicos. In her role, she handles all recruiting, training and research, and finds new ways of motivating and developing the employees. She also works closely with senior executive management staff to implement new strategies.
Diana studied Business Administration at the University of Florida (Class of 2009) and moved back to Ecuador, where an opportunity for an internship at PriceWaterhouse came up. She graduated with a major in Management from tech de Monterrey (2013) and decided that was where she wanted to grow.
