Diane Dudeck is a Marketing Consultant for The Dudeck Group, which she started in January, 2016. The Dudeck Group is a partnership and helps startups build marketing plans. She started her career as an Art Director and Graphic Designer, which she enjoyed but soon realized she had leadership skills and liked managing people. This set her on a track to larger companies and marketing positions where she could be creative and use her management skills. She's learned a lot on the job, understands the range available to marketing and operational skills. Diane attributes the key to her success to be hard work, having an excellent work ethic, integrity, building trust, and a high EQ ability to anticipate market changes. In the next phase of her career she is looking to make a difference in a leadership role in a small to medium sized company or a startup, growing it's capabilities. Diane ran sports-entertainment marketing at Cisco, where several leaders before her had failed to build the market. She came in with her own contacts and within a year brought it from zero to an 80% market share, as well as being named one of the top 10 brands in the world in sports. Outside of work, Diane donates to The Humane Society and Harvest Food Bank.
