Debra Lefkowitz has more than 30+ years of professional experience in her career, and currently works in Forney, Texas as Community Manager with Pace Realty, where she has been for the last 10 years. Debra's role consists of overseeing 9 people, making sure houses are ready to be leased, invoices, payroll, working with vendors, ensure painting and cleaning, bringing in new people and traffic, reports, and managing lot of paper work. Debra was prompted to get involved in this profession by way of natural progression and passion. Previously in Debra's career, she had her own cleaning services business, and then moved on to leasing, went back into maintenance; everything was a natural progression. She is skilled in finances and expense management, and is a self-educator. Debra has been awarded as Top Performer 3 times, as well as 2013 Property of The Year. Outside of her work, she is an active member of the MS society, and enjoys spending time with her children. Debra bases her success on keeping faith, having great mentors, putting in hard work and having passion.
