Doreen Gall, RN, MS is the owner and Founder of Always There Health Care, PA, Private Practice Nursing and Health Care Services Provider, since 2013. Here she provides exceptional Primary health care services provided "in home" for at risk seniors. In addition to her extensive Geriatric, Group Facility Care, Hospice, Palliative Home Nursing and Dementia Expertise Doreen also has an outstanding academic background that includes; 3 Masters Degree Master's degrees and a Bachelor of Applied Science (BASc), as well as her Registered Nursing/Registered Nurse from the University of Central Florida.
Doreen is passionate about serving others and has always believed Nursing was the career in which she received the most fulfillment. She believes taking care of others is paramount and finds the appreciation of her patents to be the best recognition for her service. She has worked tirelessly 7 days a week in both private practice and institutional nursing for the past two decades.
Doreen is proud of her skills and works to help educate, supervise and counsel patients and their families palliative home nursing needs as appropriate to the patient’s condition. She has been instrumental in patient evaluations and provides appropriate treatments. Doreen also has excellent skills in navigating and collaboration of physicians, dietitians, physical, occupational and speech therapists to optimize patient outcomes.
