Emanuela Demetrio is HR Group Senior Manager for Valuement Group. She has over 25 years of experience in industry - several domains (HR, Sales and Marketing, i.e.).
Her current average day consists of overseeing the HR department, managing employees making sure their compensation, benefits, payroll is taken care of. She also deals with administration, organizing planning and developing mentorship programs, and coordinating trainings. She has a lot of experience dealing with employee relations and recruitment of staff.
