Elaine Newsome has over 20 years of experience in her field, and has been at the senior level for the past three years. As Head of Governance for Rochdale Borough Council, she is responsible for managing the infrastructure, local and European Parliamentary elections, and advises the Constitutional provisions of greater Lancaster.
