Ellen Rienks has over 30 years of experience in her current field. She is the Application and Process manager for RVO. She writes manuals for the company and is interested in IT aspects. She works on different kinds of documentation.
She has a Master’s degree in Anthropology from the Netherlands University from 1989. She has created an online Q&A system for the customer help desk. The key to her success is education, training, and dedication.
In the next few years she hopes to continue what she is currently doing. She is looking forward to networking and connecting with other like-minded professionals, and to gaining the recognition and credibility of being a member.
