Estefanía Quiroz López is the Director of Lap-Chile. She has always been looking to be a part of this career. After her first job, she realized that she liked the customer service experience and wanted to develop that online. She has since been working on becoming an expert in everything having to do with e-commerce.
Her biggest challenge is being able to find a place in the business world, despite not studying that career in school. In the next few years, she would like to be apart of an international company, where she can be leading one of the departments and be able to transmit all of her knowledge to people.
The keys to her success are confronting challenges and she is proud of being able to give my opinion and make sure that the company can go in the right direction with her work. She is looking forward to networking and connecting with other like-minded professionals, and to gaining the recognition and credibility of being a member.
