As well as being CEO of a charity,Isle of Wight Society for the Blind, I am also owner of IOMEgold a company set up to help individuals with communication whether that be speaking in public, attending meetings, writing reports or listening to others. The company specializes in helping those who have to speak at weddings and other family functions. I am a long standing member of the Chartered Management Institute through which I have been a book reviewer and for the last 4 years, a judge for the local Young Enterprise Scheme IW. I have helped over 200 organizations overcome difficulties in funding, management, governance and structure.
