More than 25 years
Faye Maher's illustrious background consists of human service work, counseling, teaching, advocacy and management. She is both a Licensed Master Addiction Counselor as well as a Licensed Professional Counselor in Kansas. Her life's work has been to eliminate internal and external barriers towards success for persons with physical, mental and/or intellectual disabilities or disorders. She has worked with both adults and children in the rural areas as well as the urban core and has experience as a Manager and Director of various non-profits.
Faye holds her Master of Arts from Avila University and is a member of the Native American Association. Moving forward, Faye hopes to become a health and wellness coach and to network with likeminded professionals as much as possible.
When not engaged with work, Faye enjoys traveling and outdoor sports.
