With over 27 years of experience in her field, Flavia Baeta Lara is the Operations Manager at Fundacao AFFEMG where she is responsible for human resources, communication and operations in the institution in addition to all logistics as well as supply chain commands. Flavia has always loved working with people and helping them develop, which led her to choose this field of work.
Flavia holds her Master's degree in Government and has conducted much academic research. Moving forward, she hopes to one day work for herself and be self employed. She also hopes to network as much as possible with likeminded professionals.
