Florencia Toscano is the CEO of TXT Language Workshop. With over 23 years of experience in her career, Florencia is best known for her expertise in translation. In her current role, she oversees two project managers and she is responsible for completing translations for over 54 clients, coaching new clients and handling the budgeting. Since Florencia took over the business for her mother in 2008, the company has had a 449% growth.
Prior to taking over the business, Florencia served as an English School Teacher before she began teaching bank executives to earn more money.
In 2000, Florencia completed a Bachelor’s degree in Translation at the Instituto Superior de Intérpretes y Traductores.
In the next three to five years, Florencia hopes to continue growing TXT Language Workshop; she would like for the company to be the best translation company in Latin America. Florencia would also like to expand the company globally. She credits her success to hard work, the support she has received from her mother, loyalty, professionalism and the connections she has made throughout the years.
Florencia is very proud of all she has accomplished with the company thus far and she is looking forward to what the future holds.
