With over 13 years of professional experience, Gaia Gentili is now the Talent and Reward Manager for Willis Towers Watson where she is in charge of working with the Human resources department to create rewards for employees by showing gratitude for their loyalty and growth. At Ferrero, she is Group C&B Head internationally.
Gaia holds her Master's degree in Human Resources and Organization Development from SDA Bocconi University. Moving forward, she wants a position where she can really make a impact, not just for the company but as a whole, and wants to consolidate her positions to be able to help more companies reward their employees.
When not engaged with work, Gaia enjoys yoga, dance, travel and mindful studies. Also a passionate philanthropist, she was involved with an association benefitting schools in Cambodia and ABIO while living in Asia.
